Aim and Scope

Law and Democracy Insight aims to advance scholarly discourse on the role of law in promoting, sustaining, and evaluating democratic governance. The journal focuses on legal studies that critically engage with democratic principles, institutional frameworks, and public policy.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

1. Constitutional Law and Democratic Institutions
